Threatining calls about being arrested and being taken to california for court.

Called with offer to extend warranty on my car. Receive this weekly at work. When I finally asked to speak to a person and asked to be removed from the list they hung up on me. Would like to call company and talk to someone in charge.

Person spoke very fast and with a heavy (possibly African)accent. He stated that there had been legal action taken against me and SS# and that either myself or my lawyer should call them back.

Constantly calls, leaves no message

called 4 times and did not leave a message

Asking for the owner, saying she was with American Families

calls and then hangs up and doenst leave a message.

It is Walgreen's Pharmacy in Denton, TX

This caller left a harassing message on my home phone number and said I had 24 hours to contact them back, that they would be serving me with papers between 9 - 2 today. They have obtained my sister's cell number who is an amputee and in a nursing home and have continued to harassed her with numerous phones calls and threats. I do not know how they obtained her cell phone number or my home phone number. When I called them back I got a man who advised this was a matter from 1994 and the papers would be served and I had better be home to receive them. I attempted to let them know I was returning their call and he begin screaming and claiming I called him. I have never heard of these people and would like to know my legal options in this situation. Caller name Richard Wilson at ACB. Called me at work.

Receive the same type of call from someone with Indian accent. It's not the first time. I'm also on the do not call list so they are violating the law. This is a worthless bunch of crap.

Called my residence then my cell phone.

Keeps recalling me every 15 minutes. Call the number back and nothing.
